Meal Prep

I offer customized private meal prep services to clients who want to save time and eat healthy. Each week, I will prepare a set of meals that will be delivered to your fridge, ready to heat and eat.  All meals are customized to your dietary needs and preferences based on seasonality. Available as a weekly service, final pricing is determined upon weekly grocery cost, plan selection, and dietary needs. 

 Chef Services:

I am happy to offer numerous meal prep plan options. 

All options and their rates include the following services:

• Full menu planning and customization based on dietary preferences
• Sourcing and shopping for all grocery items
• Cooking, prepping, labeling, and portioning of all meals for the week
• Delivery of meals to your home once or twice per week
• Option for DIY nights including pre-prep, guidance, and recipes
• Dishware pickup/storage or weekly charge for recyclable dishes 

Additional Services:

• For an additional $100/week, add on of light errands including but not limited to specialty grocery sourcing, package returns/pickups, dry cleaning dropoff/pickup, prescription pickup, etc. Done on Sundays and Thursdays.
• For an additional TBD cost: macro counts, preparation of charcuterie/grazing boards, holiday dishes, holiday week availability, cold packed lunches, etc. 
• Rookie Season is available as a One Week or Four Week plan. Fantastic as a baby shower gift, push present, or gift from employer/coworkers.
