I offer meal prep services to clients who want to save time and eat healthy. Each week, I will prepare a set of meals that will be delivered to your fridge, ready to heat and eat. All meals are customized to your dietary needs and preferences. Planning, shopping, preparing, and delivery are all covered.

Available as a weekly service, pricing is determined upon estimated grocery cost, frequency, dietary needs, and distance for delivery. Light errands can be included.
